PRE-PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER OR CASH DEPOSIT
Payment in full must be made in advance by bank transfer to, or cash deposit in the account whose number EEP will send you in an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
We will send your order once your deposit or transfer has been received in our bank account. Please remember that some banks may take 1-2 working days to carry out the transfer, and that cash deposits may take a minimum of 24 hours to appear in our account balance!
DELIVERY TIME OF THE ITEM PURCHASED
A period of approximately ten days has been established for delivery of the goods, counting from the date of dispatch of the same (usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment), although this may vary, depending on the country of destination.
PLACE AND MEANS OF DELIVERY
The order will be delivered at the address specified by the client at the time of placing the order. Subsequent modification of the place of delivery will only be possible before the order leaves our warehouse, and may entail additional costs, which shall be borne by the purchaser.
